Puget Sound Business Journal Tacoma Business Forum on February 13th

The Puget Sound Business Journal hosted a lively and educational evening at the Tacoma Business Forum on February 13th, 2024. Guests had the opportunity to network, eat, drink, and listen to a panel of local business experts. The panel included Imad Bahbah from IHB, Michael McClure from MJR Development, and Emily Hubbard from Sage Investment Group, and was moderated by the South Sound PSBJ real estate expert, Shawna De La Rosa. The panel discussed pressing topics in the Tacoma business sphere, touching on themes of crime, housing shortages, Transit Oriented Developments, and the economic outlook of the city.

Pacific Northwest Bisnow Multi-family Annual Conference

Imad had the pleasure of speaking on the "Navigating the Success of a Multi-family Project in the Pacific Northwest" panel on December 5th, 2023. He brought up the advantage of buying property now and starting the design process, so when the market turns in favor of building, developers can be ready to go at the forefront. He also discussed the challenges that regulations are posing to designers and how these challenges can be overcome.
